-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

After several months of smooth operation we have received 3 different
copies of a file that we are unable to decrypt.

AFAIK nothing has changed on either side.

1. All three files are exactly the same length, 1280 bytes. This does
seem odd as most files that I encrypt a 2nd time are usually several
bytes different in size.

2. All three files are different starting in byte 20. The first 32
bytes from each file are (from xxd)

File1: a803 5047 50c1 c14e 036b a0ba 0a5a 2cea 4810 07ff 6e41 b28f
b07b e150 7c3c 020d

File2: a803 5047 50c1 c14e 036b a0ba 0a5a 2cea 4810 07fd 1ab3 4d1a
2290 7606 3c63 7ed8

File3: a803 5047 50c1 c14e 036b a0ba 0a5a 2cea 4810 07ff 5559 d7c0
8165 8a9a 3e6f a799

3. Each file ends with a different number of hex zeros:

File1: 113 hex zero bytes at tail of file. Last byte before zeros is
hex 27

File2: Also has 113 hex zero bytes preceeded by hex F0.

File3: Has 48 hex zeros preceeded by hex 06.

4. gpg --no-batch --verbose --list-packets
