Hi,
Gustavo Vasconcelos helped me improve some simple batch-files that are very 
useful for everyday tasks: importing keys, checking signatures and signing. 
I have found them especially useful together with GPG Relay: You don't need 
any other key manager. You  just need GPG, GPG Relay, and something like my 
simple batch files. You can send keys to keyservers with your Internet browser.

HOW TO USE THESE BAT-FILES
==========================

1. Extract them to a suitable folder eg. C:\Windows\Programs\Clipanish

2. Make short cuts to them in the "SEND TO"-folder for the user
eg. C:\Documents and Settings\USER\SendTo

3. Right-click on any file in Windows Explorer, choose "Send to" and the 
preferred action.
