The bug in 1.0.6 was if a message was signed with a v3 key, then PGP
couldn't verify the signature (GnuPG could, of course). 1.0.7 fixes
that bug, and now anyone can verify a signature from a v3 key.

Works for me (and the others who tried and posted). Try saving it to
a file and not going via the clipboard and WinPT.
