Is there any reliable information on the status of keys.pgp.com
(aka keyserver.pgp.com, keys.nai.com, pgpkeys.mit.edu, and
certserver.pgp.com)?

Does anyone expect to get a final keydump from it?

(NB:  I'm not subscribed to gnupg-users@gnupg.org.)
