add to secret-keyring { gpg} (Jomy Vellian)

oops, left something out...

When exporting from PGP, make sure you check the box
for including the secret key in the export.

Add --allow-secret-key-import to the command line you 
are using to import the key to gpg.

gpg --allow-secret-key-import --import [viko].asc
