It is also worth pointing out that 1.1.90 is a development release and
is really intended for testing.

It prints out:

  gpg: NOTE: THIS IS A DEVELOPMENT VERSION!
  gpg: It is only intended for test purposes and should NOT be
  gpg: used in a production environment or with production keys!

on startup, but that can be missed if you are using a frontend of some
sort.
