Error sending key to key server under Win32

Keyserver connectivity is broken in the 1.06 version in Win2k. IIRC, =
Werner
said it was supposed to be fixed in 1.07, but that's not out yet. As a
workaround, most keyservers have a web interface you can use. Or you =
can use
a GnuPG shell for windows, like WinPT, which handles keyserver =
connectivity
on it's own.
