He's in the list because he is running GnuPG! Just because he's on a
Windoze box shouldn't be a reason to ban him from use of good encryption
software.
Most of my use is on a Linux box. However, there is some us from my Windoze
work station (but I'm not running the other software with which Mike is
having problems.
