Error sending key to key server under Win32

Hi there,
I've been trying to set up GPG under Win32 with OE Plug-in too.
I'm using latests Win32 builds (1.06 for GnuPG), and I get this error
message when sending my key :
C:\GnuPG>gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --send-keys
franck.perreau@cw.com
gpg: write failed: ec=3D87
gpg: impossible de se connecter =E0 `wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net': No such file or
directory
I'm sorry this is the french build message, but in short, it can't
contact in any way the key server.
I've been able to traceroute it, it responds to ping, but i don't have
more information about it (maybe there's a debug/verbose mode that I may
use to provide you more info ?).
Has anyone get into THIS specific trouble ? Do I have some more config
to do, or something to deal with ?
Thanks in advance for your support. Any help will be appreciated. :)
PS : fyi, i'm running W2K pro under a laptop, connected to internet
through LAN, without any FW rules in place (as i'm initiating the
connection).
Best Regards,
Franck PERREAU.
