--batch option

It's reading STDIN (file handle #0).  I haven't tried this in a Windows
environment but you should be able to pipe it in just as in Unix.

When gnupg is attempting to read the passphrase from a file descriptor, what
file does it look for? I am working on a Windows2000 environment.
