All good advice, but note that:

--cert-policy-url sets a policy URL for key signatures (i.e. certifications)

--sig-policy-url sets a policy URL for data signatures

--set-policy-url sets both.

--cert-notation sets a notation for key signatures

--sig-notation sets a notation for data signatures

--notation-data sets both.
