Algorithm support - patch for Elliptic Curve available ?

This is not fully specified in OpenPGP and thus we can't implement it.
Frankly, I don't think that EC based algorithms make any sense for
OpenPGP.  There is a thread on adding ECC top OpenPGP in the WG's ML
archive.

I'd like to have EC code for Libgcrypt, though.
