5) gpg --keyserver www.pgp.net --send-key XXXXXXXX (the revoked key)
6) gpg --keyserver www.pgp.net --send-key XXXXXXXX (the new key)
#5 sends the revoked key to the keyserver, which revokes it there.  #6
sends the new key to the keyserver so it is available for everyone to
use.
