secring trouble

Hello,

Had to reinstall my system - packed secring.gpg nicely in archive and did gpg -c with it. After installation, put secring.gpg in $HOME/.gnupg.
I get all right gpg --fingerprint answer, but anything with encrypt doesn't work because of missing secret key. What am I doing wron?
