gpgme complus

Hi all

I need some help in compiling the gpgme/complus
component.  I've setup the mingw32 package and run 
./autogen.sh --build-w32 
make.  

What do I need to do from here to get the com
component?  Or alternatively any pointers in the right
direction from anyone who has interfaced with gpg from
, ahem (*chokes*) , vb.
