problems creating generating a key pair

Hi everyone,

I am try to generate a key pair and I get these errors. I can generate a key
pair ok as root but, not as a user called gpguser. I tried the
no-secmem-warning in gpguser's home directory of
/usr/users/gpguser/.gnupg/options file, but I still can not create a key
pair. Any help is appreciated
