Compiling GnuPG 1.0.6 on Tru64

Well, I actually fixed it, obviously, but I just wanted to make sure it will
be corrected in the next versions, but it seems that it as already been done.

I guess this is more like a Makefile problem, not a libiconv problem. The problem
is that `-liconv' is set as a dependency for the `mpicalc' target in the Makefile,
so maybe something's wrong with autoconf or so.
