The simpliest way I can think of is to use netcat with encryption (i've
seen mentions of such a version). If you can access network configuration,
you can establish an encrypted tunnell (I can think of some methods and used
vpnd and IPSec personally). You can also wrice a simple client-server with
encryption or tunnel existing application over ssl (stunnel).
