I guess you do not mean digital certificates (this is what all
electronic signature protocols are using) but X.509 certificates which
are used in S/MIME.
Well, this is not possible. X.509 and OpenPGP are totally different
protocols and can't interoperate. In future we might agree on a way
to allow for that but it is not easy and the thing NAI uses is a
proprietary extension to OpenPGP.
