force-mdc error

Yesterday I got an convential encrypted packet.
But when I tried to decrypt it, the gpg put out the following
message and crash.

> gpg: encrypted_mdc packet with unknown version 156
> gpg: BLOWFISH encrypted data
>
> gpg: Segmentation fault caught ... exiting
> Segmentation fault

The packet must be corrupted during the transport.
But I think this behavior isn't correct!
