Because this is a extra packet, it should work. BUT: PGP 2 won't be
able to handle it.  Hmmm, I thing it is also a problem to create a
revocation cert for PGP 2 using GnuPG at all.  PGP 2 will never be
able to process them - another reason to drop PGP 2 ;)
