Florian did find a German press release dated last December.  But
the claims they made are:

  * Is based on PGP
  * Only availbale for Unix 
  * Commerically available with manual
  
The first 2 points are of course right.  However they should have
said OpenPGP.  The 3rd point is not yet true and they can't
distinguish between free beer and free speech.
