Forgive me if this is a FAQ question; I couldn't find it anywhere. =20
How exactly does a keysigning work? Let's say I verify someone's
fingerprint over the phone and sign their key. How do they get their
hands on this signature after this? Is there some option I'm totally
overlooking? =20
