Status of the W32 version 2

Hi,

I missed one important part of the my no missing features list:

  o There is currently no keyserver support in the W32 version of GnuPG.
    Some of the TCP code needs to be ported to that Windows Socket thing.
    Not very hard to do but yet another item on my task list :-(
