It is my understanding that GnuPG is not stable or secure under Windows
presently. Based on the information that I have, I'd not recommed you try
it.
Additionally, there is no GUI for GnuPG on Windows.

That'll be difficult, since Computer Associates doesn't sell PGP. ;) I
think you mean Network Associates' PGP Business unit at www.pgp.com.
