Couldn't install GNUPG

[Gene Yiu (HTHK - Computer Operator II, IITO)]

Dear sir,

I use the Digital Alpha 4100 V.4.0D and intend to install the GNUPG. I run
the 'configure' without problem but the following error is prompted when
running 'make'. Would you help me find the problem. Thanks a lot.
