The best keyserver to use is PGP's LDAP/HTTP based server, which you can
download free for non-commercial use. Follow links from www.pgp.com. LDAP
keyservers are far better suited for use with PGP. I am hoping Werner is
going to be putting advanced LDAP server query support into GnuPG in the
future (but of course you don't need it to still use the PGP server.. you
just won't have access to any of the powerful LDAP features).
