Again Solaris /dev/random

Hi,

in Aug 99 Larry Lidz asked in

whether in was safe to use /dev/random from the Solaris Easy Access
Server 3.0 together with gnupg. Werner's answer in that thread was that
is is not possible to discuss the safety without examining the code.

Meanwhile, has anyone done that (with source code access) or are there
any new opinions about the quality of Solaris' /dev/random?
