There aren't different versions of "RSA keys"; there are different
versions of PGP keys. PGP 1.0 used v1. 2.0 --> 2.5 used v2. 2.6 --> 4.x
(but not 3.x) used v3. PGP 5.0 introduced v4 keys for DSA/Elg, but still
used v3 for RSA.

They have all the standard v4 key features, but have RSA signing and
encryption keys. (Yes, they are separate keys, unlike in v3).
I'm sure someone has a faq on this, and my net connection is shaky right
now, so I won't elaborate any further. If you're *really* interested in
the nitty-gritty, read the ertanent parts of RFC 2440. ;)

Glad to help.
