Don't use GnuPG 1.1.x

Please: DON'T YOU USE THE 1.1.x VERSION if you are not involved in
development og GnuPG.  At several places the documentation mentions 
that this version is not to be used for for production but for testing
only.  

You will get into trouble if you use such a version!!  To make this
even more obvious, 1.1.1 will have it's default directory renamed.

Do only use 1.0.x versions!  The test versions named 1.0.0[a-z] are
also okay to use but consider them as Beta.
