Bug Tracker Account Request

Hello,

I would like to write a bug report on the GnuPG Development Hub 
(https://dev.gnupg.org).
Currently, the registration is disabled entirely, so I would like to be 
provided with an account.
Here's the info I was instructed to provide:

Shown name: Mateja Maric
Mail address: mail at matejamaric.com
Ideally, I would like to be able to login with my GitHub account, if 
that's possible.
