[PATCH v2 0/1] pinentry-mode: multi-sdcard convenience option

This patch introduces a new pinetry-mode option that is convenient when
the user has encrypted data for multiple card recipients.

The patch is made against gnupg tag gnupg-2.1.11, which is the version
that comes with my Ubuntu 16.04 system.

Changes from v1:

 - instead of having the option be a gpg-agent option, add the option
   as a new pinentry-mode.
