[PATCH] Add ability to specify a subkey.

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right way to go about it, but attached is a
patch to allow specifying of a specific subkey to be used for signing or
encryption. It allows for the use of gpg's handling of '!' at the end if
a keyid or fingerprint. It's up to the user to set the .exact member of
gpgme_subkey_t to have the '!' appended before calling gpg otherwise it
maintains the original behavior of leaving it up to gpg to decide which
key to use.
