FWIW, there is no need to write a ChangeLog entry for doc changes.
Adding an explanation after a "--" line make more sense.  This way we
can keep the generated ChangeLog somewhat useful.  But the "--" line is
important - only Signed-off-by and a few other standard remarks are
stripped off the ChangeLog without a "--" line.
