GnuPG git server down?

I tried to clone the gnupg repo without success.
Am I doing something wrong?

Z:\>git clone git://git.gnupg.org/gnupg.git

Z:\>git clone https://git.gnupg.org/gnupg.git

fatal: repository 'https://git.gnupg.org/gnupg.git/' not found
