GPG functions failing intermitently with specific key on specific machine

Can you please send me the *public* key (to wk at gnupg.org).  I have
no idea whether this helps but I would like to look at it.

Please try to build the GnuPG version with libgcrypt 1.5.3, test and
then use libgcrypt 1.5.4 for a second test?  Same problem?
