gpgsm issueing two concurrent passphrase requests fails

2.0.14 is a 5 years old version.  A quick check of the NEWS file shows
that 2.0.15 fixes a passphrase related regression in 2.0.14.  There are
other important fixes in later versions.  I strongly suggested to update
to a decent version or contact a commercial support company to help you
with an old version.
