--list-options show-photos does not work with --with-colons [PATCH]

if that's the intention, then the documentation should indicate that
show-photos will not work when --with-colons is enabled.  There's
currently no indication that this interaction is expected (or useful).

(a pointer within the docs to the "right" way to do it would be handy also)
