Documentation for --gen-random difficult to understand

Hello!
The GnuPG 2.0 documentation (current head of stable branch) has
incomplete documentation of the --gen-random syntax. From doc/gpg.texi:
> @item --gen-random @code{0|1|2}

When I read that in the info manual/man page, I wondered what ‘count’
might be. (After reading the source code, it was obvious, though.) The
first line should have ‘ @var{count}‘ appended, I think.
