libksba-1.0.5: nanosleep() unresolved

Builds of libksba-1.0.5 on Sun Solaris systems failed to resolve the
POSIX nanosleep() function at link time.
According to "man nanosleep" on those systems, -lrt (real-time
library) is needed.
Unfortunately, you cannot just supply -lrt by default, since some
systems (e.g., Mac OS X, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD) do not have it: a
configure-time test for the library is needed.
