gpgconf --list-dirs correct?

The gpgconf --list-dirs command tacks on "gnupg" to the end of
the preconfigured libdir and datadir pathnames, is this correct?

For example:

$ gpgconf --list-dirs
sysconfdir:/usr/etc/gnupg
bindir:/usr/bin
libexecdir:/usr/libexec
libdir:/usr/lib/gnupg
                ^^^^^^
datadir:/usr/share/gnupg
                   ^^^^^^
localedir:/usr/share/locale
dirmngr-socket:/var/run/dirmngr/socket
...
