Yes... everything is the same. (Using MYSY on windows)

- libgpg-error-1.6
- gnupg-1.4.9
- gpgme-1.1.4

and gpgme build with --enable-static because I couldn't get the dynamic
linked version to run.

And everything works fine, except the verification.
