gpgsm and mail address

Thanks for sending me the certificate.  Actually there was no need for
it.  The reason for this bug is much simpler; The email RDN is not the
first RDN and the code in gpgsm does only recognize the email if it is
the first part.  For example:

  if (strncmp (name, "1.2.840.113549.1.9.1=#", 22))
    return NULL; /* No Email in DN.  */

The fix is pretty straightforward; please give me a few days as I am
currently attending a conference.
