GnuPG FAQ suggestion

Hi,
I'm gnu.org webmaster and we would like to put a link in download area
to instructions how to check signature of downloaded package. We would
like to link to:
http://www.gnupg.org/documentation/faqs.en.html#q4.19
I have a suggestion though. This text:
"Before you can verify the signature that accompanies a package, you
must first have the vendor, organisation, or issueing person's key
imported into your public keyring. To prevent GnuPG warning messages the
key should also be validated (or locally signed). "
isn't very informative for new users. Could you put there an explanation
how to download a key for signature it it's on a public server?

As a side note, shouldn't issueing be spelled issuing?
