I have to ask... why? From what I've read, Camellia is so similar to
AES in its construction that it offers little in the way of "cipher
diversity" to OpenPGP. Wouldn't it make more sense to add experimental
ciphers that have significantly different construction, ahould AES
become compromised?

Is Camellia's use mandated in some circumstances by a
non-US-governmental organization?
