This was on purpose. --gpg-agent-info was a hack useful while
developong gpg-agent. It should not be used anymore. Using the
GPG_AGENT_INFO environment variable directly is better. gpg 1.4 will
continue to support it but gpg2 won't support it.
gpg2 will print a warning if this option has been used.
The rationale for this is that the environment variable is the main
anchor to keep all the GnupG modules together. Requiring all modules
to have an extra --gpg-agent-info option is error prone and confusing.
