Compiling GnuPG 2.0.1 on MacOS X

This is just for your information.
I have compiled GnuPG 2.0.1 on MacOS X (10.4.8) by hand.
Most libraries are fine. But the following steps were
required:
1) libgcrypt-1.2.3
The --disable-asm option is required for configure.
Without this, "gpg" cannot pass "make check".
2) gnupg-2.0.1
The following patch must be applied.
