Request for new status code for signing

Hello,

As you may know, I recently changed the Emacs frontend of GnuPG
(pgg.el) to utilize --status-fd output much more.  When testing this
code, Simon Josefsson found that there was no way to wait until all
passphrase are ready for signing.

May I request new status code to mark the beginning of the actual
signing process?
