Udev script not working

Hi all,

I tested the smartcard howto on Debian testing with udev. Until now I
used Debian stable with hotplug and everything worked fine.

I did everything like described in
http://www.gnupg.org/(en)/howtos/card-howto/en/ch02s03.html (under 2.3.1
with udev)

    user at machine:~$ gpg -v --card-status
    gpg: selecting openpgp failed: ec=6.108
    gpg: OpenPGP Karte ist nicht vorhanden: Allgemeiner Fehler
    
(English: OpenPGP card not available: general error)

The output of udevmonitor (when I unplug and plug in the card):

When I do 

    machine:/dev/bus/usb/002# chown root:scard 004

everything is working for the user. 


Is someone familar with udev and has a clue what's wrong with the
script?
