Down load problems

Hello,

For a little over a month I have not been able to down load SVN/CVS
files and more recently was not able to access gnupgs main ftp sites.

After 4 days of trouble shooting my ISP came to the conclusion that
some how a range of IPs were being blocked by the fore mentioned sites.

They have given me a static IP for the time being (as temp. fix) and
will re-assign some of there IP addresses so that I can access the
files I've have used in the past.

I don't know why this would happen and thought.....

1) you should know that this is happening
2) Maybe you could shed some light on the subject if your aware of
this happening.
